Makes 8-10

Ingredients:
1/3 Cup maple syrup
1/4 Cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
2 Tbsp of organic apple sauce
1 Tbsp of vanilla extract
1 Tbsp of cinnamon
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup flour
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Cup almond flour or almond meal
1 Pinch of salt
1/2 Cup of dark chocolate chips
1 Scoop PROFI Protein Booster

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Combine all ingredients to a large mixing bowl & whisk until completely mixed.
3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper & portion out the cookie dough.
4. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Let cookies sit & cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
