Ingredients:
  • 1 Block Extra Firm Tofu
  • 2 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Tamari/Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 2 Carrots
  • Red cabbage
  • 1 Avocado
  • Mixed Greens
  • 2 Cups Rice (Dry)

Sauce:

  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tsp sesame oil
  • 3 Tsp chili powder
  • 1 Tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 Scoop Profi Protein Booster 
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
Directions:
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil & add rice. Cook until tender.
  2. Chop tofu into cubes and toss in tamari/soy sauce & garlic powder and bake in oven at 420 until crisp (about 20 min)
  3. While rice and tofu are cooking, chop your cucumber, red pepper and cabbage, use a vegetable peeler to peel little strips of the carrot
  4. Place sauce ingredients in a small pot and bring to boil stirring frequently and then simmer until ready to serve
  5. Lay down a bed of greens, top with rice, veggies, tofu and sauce
  6. Slice avocado last so it does not go bad, put it on and EAT!
