Ingredients:

3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp PROFI Vanilla
1 Cup Plant-Based Milk
2 Tbsp Strawberry Coulis or Jam
Toasted coconut to top

Directions:
  1. Mix the milk with the PROFI Vanilla protein powder.
  2. Combine chia seeds, strawberry coulis and protein mixture in a small mason jar. Mix with a fork until combined (make sure the strawberry is mixed all the way to the bottom).
  3. Let it sit for 2 or more hours in the fridge and enjoy as a healthy snack full of protein, fibre and goodness!
