Ingredients:
1 Sweet Potato, Peeled & Cooked
1 Can Chickpeas
1 Lemon, Juiced
3 Tbsp Water
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2-1 Scoop PROFI Protein Booster
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Paprika
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Drain chickpeas & rinse.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Blend ingredients until smooth adding small amounts of water & oil until desired consistency is reached. (You will most likely need to add more liquid as the potato soaks up a lot!)
