Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Profi Vanilla
  • 16 tbsp chia seed mixture*
  • 3 tbsp coconut kefir
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or cashew milk
  • Coconut nectar syrup
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp granulated stevia
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven 325F
  2. Blend protein powder with chia seed mixture, kefir, flour, milk, and baking soda
  3. Pour batter in donut tray or muffin pan
  4. Bake for 20min or if knife in middle comes out clean
  5. Once cooled, squeeze coconut nectar syrup on top
  6. Mix together stevia and cinnamon and press donut (syrup side down) into mixture

* Substitutes: 1 egg white = 2 tbsp ground chia seeds; after grinding, and 3 tbsps water. Set in fridge for 15min
