Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Profi Vanilla
- 16 tbsp chia seed mixture*
- 3 tbsp coconut kefir
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or cashew milk
- Coconut nectar syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp granulated stevia
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven 325F
- Blend protein powder with chia seed mixture, kefir, flour, milk, and baking soda
- Pour batter in donut tray or muffin pan
- Bake for 20min or if knife in middle comes out clean
- Once cooled, squeeze coconut nectar syrup on top
- Mix together stevia and cinnamon and press donut (syrup side down) into mixture
* Substitutes: 1 egg white = 2 tbsp ground chia seeds; after grinding, and 3 tbsps water. Set in fridge for 15min
