Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Makes 3 servings

Ingredients:
1 Can Reserved Chick Pea Water
1/2 Cup Vegan Chocolate
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, beat the chick pea water until stiff peaks form.
2. In a saucepan (or microwave), heat chocolate, sugar & vanilla together.
3. Gently fold in melted chocolate, sugar & vanilla. Do not overmix!
4. Separate mousse into individual sized portions & let chill for 3+ hours. (Overnight is best)
5. Enjoy!
