Protein Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 lb Potatoes
1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk (or other milk alternative)
1/4 Cup Almond Butter
1/2-1 Scoop PROFI Protein Booster
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Boil potatoes for 15 minutes or until a fork can be pierced through them.
Drain potatoes and mash them using a potato masher until light and fluffy.
Add almond butter, almond milk and protein powder to mashed potatoes until thoroughly mixed.
Mix in salt and pepper and add more if preferred.
