10 Large Dates
1/4 Cup Pistachios
1/4 Cup Cashews
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1 Scoop PROFI Protein Booster
In a food processor, add dates & blend until they form a paste.
Add the nuts & chocolate to the dates & blend until it forms a dough.
Add the honey & PROFI Protein Booster. Mix until it forms a grainy loose texture.
Press & form into balls around 3-4 cm in diameter.
Roll & coat the balls in cocoa powder, if desired.
Makes 10 balls
