It is no secret that the treadmill is a great machine for working on your cardio, but it can get pretty boring running in the same spot for an extended period of time. Luckily Keith Johnson, a personal trainer from Los Angeles, CA created a workout that focuses on cardio as well as strength building (which you won’t get from a treadmill!) that you can do at home! The video includes workouts that can be done by anyone without any equipment such as jumping jacks, side steps & jumping rope. These exercises can be repeated as many times as you need and provide an exciting alternative to running on the treadmill. Check out the video & let us know what you think!
