Ingredients:

1 Cup frozen blueberries
3/4 Cup almond milk
5-8 Fresh mint leaves
1 Scoop PROFI Vanilla
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
1 Tsp chia seeds
Fresh blueberries to top

Directions:
  1. Blend frozen blueberries, almond milk, mint leaves, and protein until combined and pour into a bowl.
  2. Top with coconut, chia seeds, fresh blueberries, and mint.
