Katie Kepron is not only a personal trainer, but she is also a very dedicated yogi! She has over 1400 hours of training in Hatha Yoga which she studied in Australia with Lance Schuler. Hatha yoga is a general category that includes most yoga styles. Katie also has 250 hours of training in Ashtanga yoga where she trained with Marc Darby. Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, physically demanding practice which synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Along with her many hours of training in different yoga practices, she is also trained in Essentrics, levels 1-4, personal training from Canfit Pro & spin training from the YMCA & Les Mills! Katie’s interest in yoga & fitness began when she was 16 & has grown into a passion & has driven her to teach what she loves, to others!

Katie currently teaches yoga, essentrics, barre & boot camps at b52 & Elmnt in Montreal, QC! To add to her impressive list of achievements, she is also specialized in treating addicts by working at 360 dtx (Montreal) as the yoga & fitness coordinator!
